Nico Rosberg took the win at a dramatic Silverstone British Grand Prix riddled with tyre delamanations and blow outs today.

The two favourites for the win – Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel both lost their hopes of winning when Lewis suffered a tyre blow out and Vettel suffered a gearbox failure.

It was a thrilling race from start to finish but many questions will be raised around the Pirelli tyres and their safety going forward.
