The hardest braking point on the Silverstone Circuit lies ahead of Vale Corner. The Formula One driver decelerates by 132 km/h over just 72 metres. 2,351kW of power are released in the process. The driver is subjected to 5.5 g, while having to push with 166 kg onto the brake.
