Romain Grosjean Handed 20-second Time Penalty

The Hungarian Grand Prix Stewards have handed down a 20 second penalty to Lotus’ Romain Grosjean.

The Frenchman was penalised for his collision with Jenson Button on lap 25. Grosjean, who was trying to pass Button down the inside into the chicane, collided with the Briton before completing the pass. He then had to go straight across the exit road and continued with his race.

The stewards decided that a 20-second time penalty to Grosjean after meeting with both of the drivers after the race.

Even with the 20-second penatly, Grosjean still keeps his P6 finish
