Here are some of the moments during the 2003 Brazilian Grand Prix that made it one of the craziest races we’ve seen. The same race where Giancarlo Fisichella won his first ever Grand Prix after Jaguar’s Mark Webber crashed heavily at the exit of T12. The crash resulted in parts of the tyre barrier being strewn out on track. What followed was very scary. A very young Fernando Alonso in his Renault exited T12 with a great amount of speed and slammed into a tyre that was lying in the middle of the track.

The race was then red flagged and medical personnel attended to Alonso who managed to get out of his car but collapsed back on to the ground at the side of the track.

It was truly the craziest of races where everything that could go wrong, went wrong.
