Toro Rosso’s Daniil Kvyat will drop 10-places down the grid because of an engine change.
Toro Rosso fitted a 7th engine to Kvayt’s car before the start of qualifying for the United States Grand Prix. Kvyat’s team mate, Jean-Eric Vergne had his engine replaced on his Toro Rosso as well, but did not incur any penalty because the engine was an old unit.
Kvyat who qualified in P14 will drop 4 places to the back of the grid and will drop a further 6 places down the grid in Sao Paulo.
McLaren’s Jenson Button, after qualifying in P7 will start tomorrows race in P12 after changing his gearbox.
Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel will start from the pit-lane tomorrow after taking his 6th power unit for the season.
