Alonso’s car was fitted with his 8th internal combustion engine, 8th MGU-K, 7th batter, 10th turbocharger, 10th MGU-H and 6th control electronics.

Elsewhere on the grid, Renault elected to change a few components on Jolyon Palmer’s engine which drops him a total of 20-grid places.

Palmer’s car was fitted with it’s 6th turbocharger and 5th internal combustion which makes it a total of 20-place grid drop.
