The family of Formula One legend, Michael Schumacher, who is still recovering from severe brain injuries suffered in a skiing accident, have released another message to his fans on his official website.

Today also marks the 20 year anniversary of Schumacher winning his first world drivers’ championship title, and thereby becoming the first German Formula One world championship and igniting an entire nations’ love for motorsport.

The Schumacher family have once again thanked fans for the ongoing support for Michael, saying that “Your wishes give us strength”. Here is the full message from the Schumacher family as published on his official website:
