The hardest braking point on the Circuit de Catalunya lies ahead of turn 1. The driver has to decelerate here by 210 km/h over just 104 metres. 2,422 kW of power are released in the process. Up to 5.6 g pull at the driver, who pushes with 168 kg onto the brake.
